Deliveries

The Platter Emporium offers a premium delivery service across Sydney on Monday – Saturday through a partnership with an excellent courier service provider with a track and trace ability.

We require at least 2 days’ notice to create our beautiful platters and you can select the date you would prefer your delivery to be made, deliveries are generally completed within business hours 9am – 5pm.

Our platters contain fresh produce and are fragile in nature, so we have carefully selected a courier service that we know and trust to deliver your platter to you in excellent condition.

We hope you enjoy your Platter Emporium platter box much as we take pride in putting it together for you and or your lucky recipient.

We are unable to deliver on Public Holidays and selected shut down periods throughout the year.

Special delivery Instructions

At the Platter Emporium, we want to make sure that you or your recipient have the best experience when receiving our gift platters. To ensure that this is the case, we ask for the following important information for deliveries:

  • Correct Address
  • Contact name and number for recipient.
  • For Gift orders to a residential address, please ensure that someone is home OR it is safe to leave unattended if no one is home. Where Authority to leave is provided, The Platter Emporium and our delivery partners cannot accept responsibility or liability on the rare occasion that a consignment is lost or stolen after the driver has recorded the package as 'successfully delivered'.
  • If the parcel cannot be left at the address and no Authority to leave has been provided, your platter will be returned to The Platter Emporium for redelivery.
  • Please note that redelivery or return fees may apply for any unsuccessful deliveries.
