We aim to get your order shipped between 9am and 5pm on the day of your order.

Do I need to store my platter in the fridge?

Most of our platters contain cupcakes and other food items. If you are having your platter the next day, we would recommend placing it in the fridge. If you are having it the same day, you can keep in a cool place.

Can I customise my platter?

Generally not. We aim to provide you with the highest quality product at all times. We currently do not offer customised platter options.
